Players attending ASAP schools may play for free in a non rated section. They are not required to have a United States Chess Federation membership to be eligible for this section.  Medallions will be awarded to the winners.

Registration 8:30 -9:30.   Registration ends at 9:30 sharp.  All who register afterwards receive 1st round one-half point bye.

All rounds begin at 10:00 am.

Scholastic Rated K-12,

3 SS, 3 round Swiss System  (Players play three games against opponents with the same score)

G/60.( Each player has 60 minutes to complete the game.)

Rds (Rounds): 10:00, 12:10, 2:20;  Awards Ceremony: 4:20

Scholastic  Rated K-8:

3 SS, 3 round Swiss System  (Players play three games against opponents with the same score)

G/60.( Each player has 60 minutes to complete the game.)

G/45. ( Each player has 45 minutes to complete the game.)

Rds (Rounds): 10:00, 11:40, 1:15, 2:45;  Awards Ceremony: 4:15

Scholastic Non-rated K-12 :

4 SS, 4 round Swiss System  (Players play four games against opponents with the same score)

The tournament will be 4 rounds unless there is time enough for a fifth round.
