Click here to download the School District's EH-81 form that you'll need to get permission for your students to leave school early on match days. This form should be returned to your school principal. It is preferrable to get permission for all match days for the entire season as opposed to getting permission one match day at a time. Coaches should be in touch with principals about trip permissions as soon as the Chess League schedule is released.
