Match Results Submission Form

Match results are due no more than 48 hours after the match is completed

Instructions: Home team coaches should submit match results no more then 48 hours after a match is completed. To submit match results please fill out the below information. In the "Home Team" and "Away Team" box list the names of the schools. In the "Player One" box list the first and last name of the player who competed on the first board. In the "Points" box list the number of points won on the board. Remeber that players earn the total points for achieving checkmate, no points for a lose, and half the total points for a draw or a stalemate. Repeat this process for both home and away teams. Add the total points for each team and click the "Submit Match Report Form" button.

Clicking the submit button will activate your email client in order to send the results. If you do not have an email client such as Outlook this function will not work and you must submit Match Results via fax (215-545-2054).
