Proceed south on 17th Street from Spring Garden. The Winnett Building is the second building from the corner on the right hand side. It has a curved front. After entering the building, pass the guard stand and proceed up the steps to the second floor. At the end of the hallway, turn right. Go through the double doors. The playing hall is on the left.
Players attending ASAP schools may play for free in a non rated section. They are not required to have a United States Chess Federation membership to be eligible for this section. Medallions will be awarded to the winners.

Registration 8:30 -9:30. Registration ends at 9:30 sharp. All who register afterwards receive 1st round one-half point bye.
All rounds begin at 10:00 am.
