Average rating of 4 highest rated players must be under 1800, counting 4th highest rating as at least 3th highest rating minus 500. Alternate must be lowest rated on team, but plays the board of the player who is replaced. Except for the alternate, players must play in rating order, so are always on the same board. The 44th Annual Liberty Bell Open will take place over the Martin Luther King weekend from January 13-16, 2012, at the Sheraton City Center Hotel, Philadelphia.
7SS, 40/2, SD/1 (3 day option, rds 1-2 G/75; 2 day, rds 1-4 G/40).  Under 900 Section plays 1/16-17 only, G/40 (not 1/17-18). Sheraton City Center Hotel, 17th & Race Sts., Philadelphia 19103.
